ROF (Release of Funds) consults key criteria to determine and communicate which Awards files are eligible for new, or continued, release of funds. Nightly, the ROF scans all regulatory criteria, including manual overrides, and delivers reports to key administrative contacts..
SIRU
SIRU is an annual report that Quebec institutions are required to submit to provincial government. SIRU data is used to calculate indirect cost payments back to the institutions. Recognizing SIRU data output is of little value to clients’ non-SIRU reporting initiatives, we expanded our Awards module in 2011 to include push button SIRU report capabilities.
Research Information Exchange (RIX)
RIX (Research Information Exchange) enables automated data exchange between ROMEO systems, and in theory, non-ROMEO systems. Very useful in client environments where partner institutions need to regularly share information without sharing system or system access.
